As out loud as I can be right now

I'm just gonna say it as "out loud" as I possibly can....because the words won't actually come out of my mouth.

I have absolutely NO idea how I am going to do this.

And I fear that 'thought' taking over me. And I don't want it to. But I don't know what to do to make it stop. I simply cling to this:
